Webinar: The WTO E-Commerce Agenda: A post-MC13 Stock Take
Hosted in the aftermath of the WTO’s MC13 and the March negotiation round of the Joint Initiative on E-Commerce (E-Commerce JI), this webinar gives us an opportunity to take stock and discuss the status quo digital trade regulation at the WTO.
The panelists will discuss what has been achieved, abandoned, and the sticking points of the WTO’s efforts to regulate e-commerce/digital trade, including the Customs Duty Moratorium and the E-Commerce JI negotiations. They will also contrast the multilateral and plurilateral efforts with advancements in preferential trade agreements.
